MoonShift: shift and payroll operations in Telegram

Eliminate manual shift tracking and payroll disputes in distributed teams with frequent context changes.

Responsibilities

• Link operator accounts from chat bots to internal user records and attendance states.
• Build command-based Telegram/Matrix workflows and reminders by scheduler.
• Implement CAPTCHA checks and integrity rules for attendance.
• Create currency-aware accounting and role-based admin dashboard for approvals.

Role: full-stack engineer — operational architecture, bot orchestration, scheduler jobs, and admin UX.

Implemented command handlers, shift lifecycle states, scheduler tasks, attendance and payment calculations, plus an admin moderation layer with MoonShine and explicit bot transport separation (Telegram + Matrix).
